Hi, I’m Renata

Project Simple is my personal mission. I am a Strength & Conditioning coach by extensive qualifications. But beyond the degrees and certificates, my own journey has shaped how I coach. I’ve explored the simple yet powerful principles behind a sustainable, feel-good lifestyle and I’m here to follow my passion and help others feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies.

Why I coach: Turning my experience into purpose

I’ve been through many phases: overtraining, restrictive eating, chasing extremes, and eventually burning out. It took time, trial, and hard lessons to find a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition. I know how confusing and overwhelming the online world can be. That’s why I’m here with real solutions, education, and practical strategies that fit into your life. I also like to think that I’m pretty good at inspiring people and helping break down the main barriers standing between you and better habits. Let’s find out.

Timeline of my training

Here’s how my own training evolved over the years—it’s been a journey of experimentation, growth, and self-discovery. I am a big believer that this firsthand experience across a wide range of training styles is what gives me the versatility to coach others effectively. Without walking through these phases myself, I wouldn’t be able to offer the depth and adaptability I do today.

  • Early days: aesthetics 2019

I was obsessed with bodybuilding, chased the “ideal” body, lifted weights and stayed in calorie deficit.

  • Shift to strength: powerlifting 2022

Then I prioritized strength and power and focused my training purely around squat, bench and deadlift.

  • Levelling up: functional fitness 2023

Introducing high intensity efforts, functional movements, Crossfit and circuits into my weekly training.

  • The grind continued: Hyrox and half-marathon

More endurance & challenge: Hyrox and half-marathon 2024

Progressive conditioning training and running. I completed Hyrox singles in Stockholm and ran a two-hour half-marathon.

  • The grind continues and never stops 2025

Currently, my training is a perfect mix of strength, conditioning sessions and running. And yes, this also comes with specific mobility routines and prehab.
